As the rising of electric cars, LHN launched Electric Vehicle Charging Systems to fuel the charging needs of our customers in 2021. We have installed 8 EV Charging Stations around Singapore in within a year. You may find LHN’s EV Charging Stations at Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah, Phoenix Park, 34 Boon Leat Terrace, 5 Toa Payoh West, Coliwoo Hotel Amber, 1557 Keppel Road, and 10 Raeburn Park.
Our Services
Revenue Sharing
LHN Energy will bear the CAPEX & OPEX of the EVCS (Electric Vehicle Charging System), from installation, operate, service & maintaining of the EVCS throughout the contract term. Landlord gets a % share of the revenue collected.
Engineering, Procurement and Construction
100% ownership of the EVCS by landlord. LHN Energy will provide a full suite services from consultation, system and hardware design, and installation of the EVCS. Standard warranty for EV charger up to 5 years.
Lease to Own
Asset ownership transferred at the end of the agreement term. Landlord pays LHN Energy a predetermined monthly charge for the entire duration of the contract period.
